Mornings are my favorite time of the day. Sunny summer mornings are my favorite. I love to watch Jack sleep and hear his slow, deep breaths while I'm reading in bed. Fresh coffee is always nearby.
I write down some thoughts. I purposefully push away the anticipated troubles for today. I breath in & out slowly in graditude. Calm.
