Here's Jack at 6 days of life...not really looking at the camera but a nice entire body (jaundiced) picture.
In the stillness of the early morning, our eyes meet and connect...the look that only a mother & newborn son share. He thanks me with a grunt of contentment, we touch skin to skin. I savor the moment, remembering all the details for future recall.
